Fujian Petrochemical Industrial Group Co., Ltd (FJPEC) was founded in 1998 by Fujian Provincial Government and it has become the industrial leader in Fujian Province, specialized in the petrochemical investment and trading, and engaged in the production, marketing, R&D, design, etc. of chemical products of over 50 types in eight categories.
全资的福建省石油化学工业有限公司与中石化以各50%股比合资设立福建炼油化工有限公司，间接持有福建联合石化有限公司25%股权及福建古雷石化有限公司25%股权。福建联合石化系福建石化集团与中石化、埃克森美孚、沙特阿美合资设立，拥有1400万吨/年原油加工能力、110万吨/年乙烯裂解装置、80万吨/年PX装置及其他配套下游产品装置；福建古雷石化公司系福建石化集团与中石化、台湾石化企业合资设立，拥有80万吨/年乙烯裂解装置及其他配套下游产品装置。
Fujian Petroleum & Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd（FJPEC’s wholly-owned subsidiary）and Sinopec jointly invested in Fujian Petrochemical Co.,Ltd (FPCL) with the equity interest ratio at 50%:50%. Thus, through FPCL’s investment in Fujian Refining & Petrochemical Co., Ltd (FREP) and Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Co., Ltd (FGLP), FJPEC owns 25% equity share in FREP and 25% equity share in FGLP. It worth mentioning that FREP is a joint venture between FPCL (FJPEC & Sinopec), Exxonmobil, and Saudi Aramco, which has the crude oil processing capacity of 14,000KTPA and owns the 1,100 KTPA Steam Cracker, the 800,KTPA PX Plant, and other downstream plants; FGLP is a joint venture between FPCL (FJPEC & Sinopec) and a Taiwan petrochemical enterprise, which owns the 800KTPA Steam Cracker and other downstream plants.
权属企业福海创石油化工有限公司由福建石化集团公司和漳州市九龙江集团共同出资组建，于2017年10月27日注册成立，拥有160万吨/年PX、450万吨/年PTA及配套装置和设施。
Fujian Fuhaichuang Petrochemical Co.,Ltd., controlled by FJPEC, was founded jointly on October 27, 2017 by FJPEC and Zhangzhou Jiulongjiang Group Co., Ltd. It owns the 1,600KTPA PX plant, the 4,500KTPA PTA plant and the auxiliary facilities.
控股的福建省东南电化股份有限公司拥有10万吨/年甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)，配套12万吨/年离子膜烧碱。
Fujian Dongnan Electrochemical Co.,Ltd., controlled by FJPEC, owns a 100KTPA toluene diisocyanate(TDI) plant and the corresponding 120KTPAion-exchangemembranecaustic sodaplant.
控股的福建湄洲湾氯碱工业有限公司拥有10万吨/年离子膜烧碱、5万吨/年聚醚、4万吨/年环氧丙烷、4万吨/年1，4-丁二醇(BDO)、6万吨/年聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯（PBT）等。
Fujian Meizhouwan Chlor-alkali industry Co.,Ltd., controlled by FJPEC, owns a 100 KTPA ion-exchangemembranecaustic sodaplant, 50 KTPA polyether, 40KTPA propylene oxide，40KTPA 1,4 - butanediol （BDO), 60 KTPA polybutyleneterephthalate(PBT),etc.
控股的福建省福橡化工有限责任公司现有5万吨/年顺丁橡胶、10万吨/年丁苯橡胶生产能力。
Fujian Fuxiang Chemical Co., Ltd., controlled by FJPEC, has the production capacity of 50KTPA butadiene rubber and 100KTPA styrene-butadiene rubber.
控股的福建省福化天辰气体有限公司于2017年1月26日注册成立，其中69万吨/年总氨的煤气化装置正在建设。
Fujian Fuhua Gas Co.,Ltd., controlled by FJPEC, was jointly founded on January 26, 2017. The Coal Gasification Project with ammonia production capacity 690kta is under construction.
控股的福建省福化环保科技有限公司2016年6月15日注册成立，以打造全省最大的危固废处理平台为目标，主要从事固体废物治理、危险废物治理，环保设施建设运营、污水处理建设施工、环保技术咨询等。
Fujian Fuhua Environmental protection technology Co.,Ltd.,controlled by FJPEC, was established on June 15, 2016 to be developed into the largest dangerous solid waste treatment platform in Fujian province. It focuses on solid wastes treatment, dangerous wastes treatment, environment protection facility construction and operation, waste water facility construction, environment protection technical consultation.
全资的福建省福化工贸股份有限公司主要从事油品、化工等产品的贸易，负责石化集团产品统一销售、物资统一采购等，具有多种产品进出口和危险化学品经营资格。
Fujian Fuhua Industry And Trade Co.,Ltd., FJPEC’s wholly owned subsidiary, is specialized in the petrochemical product trading and qualified for importing & exporting multiple products and for trading of dangerous chemicals, responsible for marketing all the products produced by FJPEC and purchasing all the production materials required by FJPEC.
